GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Greensboro police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man responsible for several cases of vandalism in the downtown area.Police said the man uses the tags "BLKBX" and "SAINC."Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Crimestoppers at 373-1000.A reward up to $2,000 is available for information that leads to an arrest.
