2 'One Pot' Meth Labs Discovered Same Day
3 Face Charges In Wilkes County

WILKES COUNTY, N.C. -- Two "one pot" method methamphetamine labs were discovered on Wednesday, leading to charges being filed against three people.
View Suspect Mugshots Wilkes County Sheriff Chris Shew said officers investigating a tip at a home on Arbor Grove Baptist Church Road discovered a lab that morning.Joseph Marshall Jordan, 31, and Bobbie Jo Combs, 30, both of Roaring River, were arrested and charged with manufacturing meth and maintaining a dwelling to distribute drugs.Later that afternoon, Shew said a second lab was discovered at a home on Brookview Street in Miller's Creek.Evelyn Louise Peters, 46, was arrested in that case and is facing the same charges, Shew said.The one pot method, a simplified process for manufacturing meth in a 2-liter bottle, is becoming more popular among meth makers.
