Suspects' Vehicle Found In Mocksville

A homeowner in Davie County fired at a vehicle that was driving toward him at his home on Sheffield Farms Trail on Monday afternoon, Davie County deputies said.Deputies said the man discovered that someone had attempted to break into an outbuilding on his property, then spotted two people who were attempting to drive away.As the man attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver aimed the vehicle and attempted to run him over, deputies said.Deputies said the man then fired at the vehicle, which was later found missing a window on Harding Street in Mocksville.Deputies said two people, Roy Lee Arnold and Ryan George, are in custody."We'll speak with the District Attorney's office in reference to the shots being fired, and how all that transpired, to determine if there's anything that the homeowner did wrong," said Chief Deputy J.D. Hartman.
