Coast Guard Finds Body Of Missing NC Boater
Boat Capsized In Pamlico Sound Tuesday

The U.S. Coast Guard says a body found at the entrance of Bay River is that of a man missing since his fishing boat capsized off the coast of North Carolina.The Coast Guard said in a news release that the body of 22-year-old William Foster Jr. was found Friday afternoon.Foster had been aboard Harvest Time when it capsized in Pamlico Sound on Tuesday.Two men were aboard the Harvest Time.The other man was rescued by a fishing boat Wednesday morning.The man said Foster had dived under the boat to try to find life jackets and failed to resurface.
